Ken Burkemper is certified as an Ice Sculptor and Chef. He has been active
in both for over 25 years.
He is the only ice sculptor in Oklahoma certified by the National Ice Carving
Association.
Ken is a member of the American Culinary Federation, and the Oklahoma City
Chamber of Commerce. He has placed either 1st, 2nd or 3rd in a number of National
and International Competitions.
