Since 1989, IDEAS IN ICE has served as Oklahoma’s premier, full-service ice sculpting company, serving the state and surrounding areas with professional, custom ice sculptures and delivery.  Ideas in Ice is in a unique position; we work directly with our clients to design and carve accents in ice specific to the event/theme.   Delivery to your event in a freezer-equipped truck and set-up on a lighted display tray completes the presentation!

IDEAS IN ICE manufactures crystal clear 300# carving blocks from which every ice sculpture is hand-carved.  Consider your ice sculpture as an entry piece to welcome your guests, a feature on your buffet, a food service piece designed to host seafood or fresh fruit, miniature guest tabletop centerpieces (your guests will love the idea of an ice sculpture right there on their table!), a drink LUGE for a featured cocktail, or even a custom ice bar for food or beverage service as a WOW feature to make your event one to remember!

Ken Burkemper is a long time member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and the National Ice Carving Association (NICA), and is proud to serve on the board of this fast-growing organization.  He competes annually in national and/or international competitions, traveling to Japan, Ottawa, Ontario, Chicago, St. Louis, Branson, Napa Valley, and more, and there are many awards to show off from these events!  Ken is a winner!

Ideas In Ice organizes and/or sponsors “ice events” in Oklahoma City and is proud to be an annual feature of Downtown in December with live ice sculpture demonstrations at the outdoor ice rink.  Ken shares his talents as a ice sculpture instructor in area programs and group or individual classes at IDEAS IN ICE.
